Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment in a program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed payment arrangement agreed in writing with Sawan Ruam. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a place in the program.
Participants are encouraged to register at least one week before the program start date to allow us to prepare appropriate materials and arrange seating. Late registrations may be accepted at our discretion, subject to available capacity.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration, including your contact details. Incorrect details may result in missed communications or inability to receive your program materials.
Payment Terms
All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment may be made by bank transfer, prompt-pay, or other methods confirmed with Sawan Ruam at the time of enrollment.
- Full payment is due before the first session of any program unless a written payment plan has been agreed.
- Receipts or tax invoices will be issued upon request; please specify this need at the time of registration.
- Sawan Ruam does not charge hidden fees. The price shown for each program covers all sessions and standard materials for that program.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization:
- Cancellation 7 or more days before the first session: Full refund, less any bank transfer processing charges.
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the first session: 50% refund of the program fee.
- Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the first session, or after sessions have begun: No refund is applicable; however, you may transfer your enrollment to a future program at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- No-shows (no notification provided): No refund or transfer will be offered.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +66 2 381 4729. Cancellations received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an unexpected family situation, please speak with us directly. We will do our best to find a considerate solution.
Program Changes by Sawan Ruam
Sawan Ruam reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any program session for reasons that may include insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel a program before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
- If a session within a multi-session program is rescheduled, we will offer an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund proportional to the missed session will be provided.
- We will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled session.
Participant Responsibilities
To support a positive learning environment for all attendees, participants agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may disrupt other participants and we cannot always recap missed content.
- Treat fellow participants, instructors, and Sawan Ruam staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Use program materials for personal learning only and not distribute them to third parties without written permission.
- Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Sawan Ruam.
- Disclose any personal health or accessibility requirements at the time of registration so we may accommodate your needs.
Educational Nature of Content
All content delivered by Sawan Ruam — in sessions, printed materials, or supplementary resources — is intended purely for general financial education and literacy. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, legal counsel, or tax guidance specific to any individual's circumstances.
Participants are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals before making decisions based on information encountered during a program. Sawan Ruam takes no responsibility for individual financial decisions made following participation.
Intellectual Property
All program content, including presentations, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Sawan Ruam. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided during a program for their own financial education only.
- Reproduction, sharing, resale, or distribution of materials — in whole or in part — is not permitted without prior written consent from Sawan Ruam.
- Photographs or recordings of presentation slides or whiteboard content are for personal reference only and may not be published or shared publicly.
Privacy and Personal Data
Sawan Ruam collects and processes personal data provided during registration in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Your data is used to administer your enrollment, communicate session details, and improve our programs.
For a full explanation of how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By registering for a program, you confirm that you have read and understood our privacy practices.
Disclaimers
Sawan Ruam programs are provided in good faith based on current knowledge and experience of our educators. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or applicability of financial information to your specific situation.
- Particular outcomes in your personal financial understanding or circumstances following participation.
- The continued accuracy of program content as tax laws, interest rates, and regulations change over time.
Programs are provided "as is" in their educational context. Our goal is to support clarity and understanding — individual financial journeys vary and depend on many personal factors beyond program content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Sawan Ruam's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from or related to their participation in a program shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the specific program in question.
Sawan Ruam shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on program content, loss of time, or business interruption.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawan Ruam, its instructors, staff, and associated individuals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the participant's misuse of program materials, violation of these Terms, or actions taken as a result of program content that were contrary to advice given during sessions.
Termination of Participation
Sawan Ruam reserves the right to ask a participant to withdraw from a program if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the learning environment of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Participants who wish to withdraw voluntarily may do so subject to the cancellation and refund terms described in Section 6.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with a Sawan Ruam program shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts in Bangkok.
Changes to These Terms
Sawan Ruam may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website. Participants who enrolled under a previous version of these Terms will be notified of material changes by email or at their next session.
Continued participation in programs following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
