Why Sawan Ruam

What Makes the Difference

Paced for Adults, Not Students

Sessions move at a thoughtful pace — no rushing, no jargon — so you can absorb and apply what you learn.

Rooted in Thai Context

All programs use Thai tax law, property regulations, and financial instruments — relevant to where you actually live and plan.

Small, Attentive Groups

We keep groups small so every participant has room to ask questions, revisit concepts, and engage meaningfully.

Practical Tools You Keep

Participants leave with templates, worksheets, and reference materials they can continue using long after the session ends.

No Sales, No Pressure

Our workshops are purely educational. We do not sell financial products or investment schemes of any kind.

Warm, Welcoming Setting

Held in a comfortable Ekkamai venue with refreshments — because learning is easier when the environment feels calm and supportive.

Common Questions

Things People Often Ask

Do I need any financial background before joining?

No background is needed. Each workshop begins from foundational concepts and builds gradually. The sessions are designed for people who want clear, practical knowledge — not those with prior expertise.

Are workshops conducted in Thai or English?

Our current programs are delivered in English, with supporting Thai-language materials provided for key terms and reference sheets. We aim to make content accessible regardless of language preference.

Where are the workshops held?

All sessions take place at our venue on Ekkamai Soi 5, Watthana, Bangkok — easily accessible by BTS Ekkamai. Parking is available nearby. We provide a comfortable, quiet learning environment with refreshments.

Can I attend just one workshop, or do I need to take all three?

Each workshop stands entirely on its own. You are welcome to attend whichever program is most relevant to your current situation. Many participants later return for additional sessions — but there is no requirement to do so.

What is the typical class size?

We limit each workshop to a small number of participants — typically between 8 and 14 people — to ensure everyone has ample opportunity to engage, ask questions, and receive personalised attention from the facilitator.

How can I pay for a workshop?

Payment details are shared upon confirmed registration. We accept bank transfer to Thai accounts. Our team will walk you through the process when you get in touch — just send us a message or give us a call.
