Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 12 March 2025 | Last Updated: 12 March 2025
This Cookie Policy explains how Sawan Ruam uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It also explains what choices you have regarding the use of cookies and how you can manage your preferences. We have written this page in plain, accessible language because we believe you deserve to understand what happens when you visit our site.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, to remember your preferences, and to give website owners information about how their site is being used.
Cookies do not contain personal information on their own — they typically hold a small identifier that links to information stored either on your device or on a server. They cannot run programs or deliver viruses. Most cookies expire after a set period; others expire when you close your browser.
Types of Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies on the Sawan Ruam website. You can manage your preferences for the optional categories using the controls further down this page.
How Long Do Cookies Last?
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser. These are used for security and form functionality.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period. Most analytics cookies expire within 13 months. Your cookie consent preference is stored for 12 months before we ask again.
Third-Party Services
Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services rather than by Sawan Ruam directly. These include:
- Google Analytics — for understanding site usage. Google's privacy policy applies to the data they collect. You may opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
- Google Maps — for embedding our location map. Google may place cookies when you interact with the map embed.
- Font providers (Google Fonts) — our page fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address.
We do not control third-party cookies. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of these services for full information.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to manage your preferences. Essential cookies are always active and cannot be turned off. Your selections are saved to your browser and take effect immediately.
